Place any cold or hot beverage cup into the Sur-Seal lidding machine and in only one second a fresh, sanitary film lid is securely sealed to the cup. No more searching for the correct size lid or fumbling to make sure it's secure. Instead, the Sur-Seal machine does it automatically, quickly, safely and cleanly every time.
The technology developed by Green-Line Products Inc. involves the use of a specially printed shrink film that when exposed to the light energy, shrinks around the rim of a cup. This creates a leak-proof seal. Since each cup is 'custom' sealed, varying cup rim diameters are easily accommodated.
Superior Seal - The unique Sur-Seal lid conforms to variable cup sizes by locking snugly around the rim. The result is a “safer” seal that is more resistant to drink spillage.
Lower Warehouse, Freight and Handling Costs - One roll of Sur-Seal film yields three thousand (3,000) lids and occupies less than one percent (1%) of the volume of traditional lids. One trailer load of Sur-Seal film is equivalent to one hundred (100) trailer loads of conventional lids. This will eliminate significant storage, handling and inventory costs at the store level and throughout the distribution system.
